For years, I’ve been writing about health and nutrition – and loving every minute of it. I’ve written for magazines, websites, non-profits and corporations. The thing is, I’m always sharing someone else’s take, instead of my own. That’s why I’m super excited to start my blog “Healthy Eating Can Taste Great.” Sure, I’ll still be writing about what’s trending nutritionally, but but with a totally different spin. I’ll dish about my favorite (and not-so-favorite) food trends, the best new food finds, nutrition nuggets that never make it into magazine articles because I’m always pressed for space, plus quick tricks to make eating right a breeze.
Throughout it all, you’ll find one common theme – that healthy food just tastes better. Truth is, I wasn’t always the world’s greatest eater. But over the years, I’ve found that making the leap to a cleaner diet filled with real whole foods helps you feel great and makes you start to crave foods that are better for you. A double win! The result: You automatically start to veer toward more yummy, filling, good-for-you foods and away from those less-than-healthy options that we’re all trying to avoid.
